Join author and designer Baylor Chapman for a morning of wreath making in the gardens at Ground!  

You will learn the art of making a seasonal wreath using using the sumptuous color palette of nature’s beautiful fruits, berries, and greens. The workshop will begin with a demonstration highlighting the elements of structure, placement and composition needed to create a dynamic and lively design. You will then create your own work of art with one-on-one guidance and instruction from Baylor.

Each person will receive all the materials to create a beautiful holiday wreath including winter greens, berries, succulents, ribbons, and twigs. 

*Note: Images shown are represent the style of wreath that will be taught. Actual workshop flowers and arrangements will vary based on seasonal availability.

In accordance with COVID protocols, work stations will be socially distanced. Members of the same household can share work stations (to request this please add a note when you purchase.)

About the instructor:

Baylor Chapman is the author of Decorating with Plants and The Plant Recipe Book and founder of Lila B. Design, a San Francisco–based plant design studio. She has been a guest on PBS’s Growing a Greener World, and her work has appeared in Good Housekeeping and Better Homes & Gardens. When not in her studio, she’s scouring plant nurseries and leading workshops to help plant lovers of all skill levels feel confident that they can make their spaces feel like home with just a little bit of green.
