Join renowned floral designer Alethea Harampolis of Studio Choo for a morning of wreath making in the gardens at Ground! You will learn the art of making a wreath in a contemporary style using natural traditional and non traditional materials. The workshop will begin with a demonstration highlighting the elements of structure, placement and composition needed to create a design full of movement and architecture. You will then create your own work of art with one-on-one guidance and instruction from Alethea.

Each person will receive all the materials to create a beautiful holiday wreath including winter greens, berries, succulents, ribbon, feathers, and sticks.

*Note: Images shown are represent the style of wreath that will be taught. Actual workshop flowers and arrangements will vary based on seasonal availability.

In accordance with COVID protocols, work stations will be socially distanced and we request that everyone wear masks. Members of the same household can share work stations (to request this please add a note when you purchase.)

About the instructor: Born and raised on the rolling hills of Northern California, Alethea Harampolis has a deep appreciation for the local flora and can often be found foraging from her native hills and countryside. Through her company Studio Choo she creates compositions with local flowers, plants and foraged natural treasures in a style that can be characterized as unconventional, sculptural, and beautiful.
