Celebrate the season with a creative, sensory-rich experience at Ground Goods on October 18th, from 10 AM to 12 PM. Join Floral Designer Tamara Apple of The Bluebird Studio for a hands-on fall floral centerpiece and tablescape workshop where you’ll learn to build a seasonal centerpiece and set a lush  table with  foliage, seasonal fruit   and texture-rich accents. Guided by Tamara’s expert eye for design, seasonal styling, with a focus on sustainability  this workshop will inspire you to create an inviting, layered table setting perfect for fall gatherings.

Tamara has been designing with flowers for over 25 years, starting in flower shops in San Francisco while studying fine art painting and drawing.  She eventually  started her own floral  business specializing in intimate events, homes, businesses, photo shoots, holiday decor and workshops. She has participated in the annual deYoung Museum Bouquets to Art for 6 years. She lives and works out of her floral studio in Petaluma.

Enhancing this immersive event, Lisa - the poetry artist from Shalom to You, will be on-site crafting live custom poetry inspired by participants’ experiences and creativity during the workshop. Using an antique typewriter, the artist offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to take home a personalized poem—either created in the moment or thoughtfully delivered later via snail mail—adding a meaningful, personal touch to your seasonal celebration.

All materials for the fall table arrangement and the live poetry experience are included. $185, no refunds or transfers permitted. Flowers represented in photo reflect the season but will not necessarily be the exact elements in the workshop, all depending on availability, but we will be working in the rich jewel tones of Autumn!
